Four members of the Ayrshire Ukelele Clan came along to the Troon Men’s Shed meeting on 24th March to play us a few tunes and to present us with a very generous donation of £500.
The group meet on a Monday evening in Troon to play, and they also perform at events, care homes, hospitals and for other groups. They sometimes receive a payment for playing which they pass onto local charities.
Our thanks go to the Ayrshire Ukelele Clan for entertaining us and for their donation which is greatly appreciated.
