Troon Men’s Shed did! All in the interests of finding out which was the best.
We did a blind tasting of five different makes of mince pies at our meeting on Monday with M&S Collection Mince Pies (£4 for 6) getting a couple of points more than Aldi Deep Filled Mince Pies (£1.25 for 6) to take the top spot. Last place was Asda Yummy Mince Pies with nil points.
We are taking a break over the Christmas period and our first meeting of 2025 will be Monday 13th January from 2pm to 3.30mm in the Scout Centre.
