The Community Action Team from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service will be talking at our meeting on 23rd March about fire safety in the home.
The majority of fires in the home are accidental so come along and find out how to prevent fires and keep everyone safe.
- Simple bedtime checks to prevent potential fire hazards
- Tips and guidelines for safely using candles, tea-lights, oil burners etc
- Kitchen safety
- Lithium ion batteries
- Smoke and heat alarms
- Electrical safety
Tea and coffee will be available and non-members are welcome to come along.
