We are very pleased that South Ayrshire Council have granted planning permission for the conversion of the disused Hosiery Park Pavilion into a Men’s Shed comprising of a community space, workshop, kitchen, toilets, a small office, and storage areas.
Now that the building has the necessary planning permission, we will be shortly submitting our Community Asset Transfer request to acquire the building from South Ayrshire Council.
Significant fundraising will be required to enable the conversion to take place once we have ownership of the building. More information on the Hosiery Park Pavilion project is available at this link.
